Misc. Fill-in; Trip to Rothenburg — an ancient walled city with wall still intact. A really interesting city. Later on, we bought a wooden inlay of a scene there.

 July-ish; The last 2 weeks of July was a catechism school in mornings at Patch Barracks. The 4 younger ones attended. Susan helped both weeks (Cynthia was babysitting the Beltz girls). I helped a couple of hours each a.m. the second week. Met such nice people and got to know Mary Berg (the head of the project) better. She is a doll. Father gave us names in Rome of shops and pensions. Father Troy is going back to states. Oh, how will miss him.
